Produced by Wonkhe for Advance HE, this report aims to shine a light on the changing people needs in higher education around the world, as universities grapple with myriad changes in public policy, regulation and technology advancement.
It is, to our knowledge, the first time an attempt has been made to try and build a global picture of how the macro strategic challenges universities are grappling with impact on the people and skills needs of the sector - and, crucially, what support is needed to ensure that the enormous diversity of individuals that contribute to universities' missions can be supported, and continue to thrive into the future. We hope this research marks the start of a fresh impetus and new conversations around improving efforts to develop people and organisations across global higher education.
