Inca is passionate about working with individuals and organisations to better inclusive practice within and beyond the University of Warwick, from application processes to networking events. Currently, Inca is the co-lead and student lead on the University of Warwick belonging project; working with staff and students across the university to gain a deeper understanding of the barriers and enablers to experiencing a sense of belonging within Warwick.
