Call for papers
We invite submissions that ponder these broad prompts. Submissions can include case studies, reflections, critical essays and perspectives on research culture. We particularly welcome papers that are co-delivered or authored with diverse organisational roles, and we will work with authors to provide the technology and support to include diverse voices in their presentations.
Colleagues are invited to submit higher education initiatives that address at least one of the symposium themes above.

Overview
Presentations and workshops will address some of the most pressing issues in research culture:
- How can research leadership improve and sustain a positive and supportive research culture?
- What is the route to impactful leadership?
- What alternative research leadership models can we use to improve research culture?
- How can we advance and support EDI in research culture?
- How can we build resilience for ourselves, our teams, and our sector?

Symposium Content
Oral Presentations - 20 minutes in length and will be followed by 10 minutes of Q&A with delegates. This session type should be selected if your proposed session is a critical essay or report on a project within your institution and should offer guidance on how others can replicate similar projects within their institutions. Your session should include a PPT presentation or visual stimulus to accompany your talk.
Workshop sessions - should be 50 minutes in length. We want to provide an opportunity for colleagues to learn from each other, and therefore, we wish to have a space for learning and development in this rapidly expanding area. We welcome contributions to help colleagues explore and practice AI applications in research culture, innovative wellbeing practices, and team-building techniques.
