Jean has a Masters in Leadership Learning (MAMLL) and experience of using different developmental tools to help groups and individuals including MBTI, TKI, LSQ, HETLQ 360 feedback instrument. Jean is also a qualified (ILM 7) executive coach, coaching both within and outside higher education. She is interested in the use of coaching within teams and how this can help improve performance.
Jean has excellent facilitation skills and enjoys working with groups and teams to facilitate discussion and dialogue to enhance relationships and working well together. She has facilitated at University Executive Strategy level-events and with groups of senior Departmental teams and Heads of Function and their teams. Jean has experience working with the NHS, Higher Education, Civil Service, and Financial Services sectors.
