Jennifer is the Director/Co-owner of GJR Consulting, an Australian company specialising in organisational and leadership development, executive coaching, training and facilitation. She held leadership roles in Government before starting her private business. Her decades of experience in leadership, business development, and coaching have equipped her with the knowledge and confidence to work with leaders at all levels.
She worked with Professor Polly Parker to design and facilitate the University of Queensland Career Progression for Women Program (CPW) and the Career Advancement for Senior Academic Women Program (CASAW). These highly successful programs address the unique leadership and career advancement challenges academic women face as Senior Lecturer and Associate Professors. She has worked extensively with professional women in University settings to advance their careers.
She is a Deputy Chair of Share the Dignity, an Australian charity bringing dignity to those experiencing homelessness, domestic violence and period poverty through the distribution of period products.
Jen has worked with CEOs, Executives, Senior Managers, and emerging leaders in The University sector Government and in entrepreneurial firms to grow their business and leadership practices. Her international work has focused on building women's agency and leadership capability in developing countries such as Sri Lanka, Bhutan, and Pakistan. She was the lead facilitator for the Australia Awards Women in Executive Leadership Development Short Courses, an Australian Government initiative through the Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade.
