As part of our Member Benefit Project 23-24: Growing the HE workforce for the future, Leadership careers in HE Professional Services is a review informed by evidence, examining data, existing practices and perceptions, which aims to identify opportunities for transforming how HEIs support and develop careers for their professional services colleagues.
