Report from the: Programme for University Leaders in the Southern African Region (PULSAR)

The Southern African Regional Universities Association (SARUA) and the Leadership Foundation for Higher Education in the UK jointly mounted a multi-phase Programme for University Leaders in the Southern African Region (PULSAR) between July and November 2012. This document provides an overview of the Programme and some of its key outputs. PULSAR was the first programme of its kind in the Southern African region, provided rich learning experiences, new working tools and new professional networks for the Programme participants.
