Greg Ferrari
Chief Operating and Transformation Officer
Greg is responsible for accelerating the next phase of Advance HE’s development as a global, member-led organisation. Greg’s leadership roles have included the delivery of high-stakes assessment and examinations at Edexcel/BTEC, and the design and implementation of global operations and customer experience strategies at Pearson.
Kathryn Harrison-Graves
Executive Director, Membership, Innovation and Development
In this role Kathryn leads Advance HE's core membership services such as Charters and Fellowships and is responsible for relationships with Member institutions and partner agencies both across the UK and internationally.
Tracy Bell-Reeves
Executive Director, Delivery, Knowledge and Quality
Tracy started her career in the private sector working for Imperial Inns & Taverns setting up new brands such as Harvester and Little Chef before moving to the wholesale travel industry then to HCTC, a national training provider for the hospitality industry where she was regional manager overseeing both commercial and government contracts.
Ciara Murphy
Executive Director of Commercial, Consultancy and Marketing
Ciara is responsible for all commercial aspects of Advance HE’s operations around the world. Ciara is a transformational leader with over 25 years’ experience with major international brands.
Sarah Threadgold
Director of Finance and Deputy Chief Operating Officer
Sarah Threadgold (FCCA) joined Advance HE (previously at the HEA) in May 2017. In her role she oversees the directorate whose departments are Corporate Support, Culture, Finance, ICT, Legal, and People.
David Bass
Director for Equality, Diversity and Inclusion
David is responsible for providing organisational leadership in our work on EDI, both internally and externally. He brings a wealth of experience working with universities and the tertiary sector, in equality and diversity, governance, access, as well as strategic planning and management. David has been central to ensuring EDI is strongly embedded in Advance HE’s new strategy and in the development of our CEO’s Race Action Group.
Hannah Harris
Head of Corporate Support and Company Secretary
Hannah Harris is responsible for ensuring that Advance HE complies with its statutory and regulatory requirements and maintains high standard of corporate governance practice. She oversees all governance arrangements providing advice and guidance in relation to the conduct and running of Board and committee meetings and leads Advance HE’s approach to risk management.
Kat Hunt
Associate Director of Marketing and Communications
Kat leads the strategic development and management of Advance HE’s marketing and communications. Prior to her appointment, she was Head of Marketing at the Higher Education Academy.
