Diversity matters. Organisations cannot reach their full potential unless they can benefit from the talents of all. Leadership diversity is associated with holistic growth ambitions, greater social impact, and more satisfied workforces.
The need for meaningful Gender Equality Plans is increasing, not only because they’re aligned to a range of global funding requirements, but also because they can positively impact on staff satisfaction and create an inclusive environment where all staff can thrive.
Advance HE has developed this support package to take you through the journey of developing a plan from self-assessment, through to identifying priorities and defining actions.
