Lisa is a highly qualified counsellor and clinical supervisor with 10 years’ experience working predominantly with children and young people, and member of the BACP. Her experience includes working with a variety of presenting issues and utilising an integrative approach, offering clients a unique treatment plan. Lisa is also dedicated to her community-based work, offering her expertise supervising trainees or counsellors with less experience as they develop their skills and navigate their professional paths. Lisa has served as a student and staff counsellor within a Further Education setting, demonstrating her commitment to supporting the mental health and well-being of both students and educators. Additionally, over the last six years, she has excelled in her role as the Programme Leader for the Counselling degree at the University Campus North Lincolnshire. As Programme Leader, she has been instrumental in shaping the curriculum and ensuring that students receive high-quality training in counselling, she is also passionate about enhancing the student experience.
