She takes a creative approach to her work and believes in developing contextualised solutions rooted in innovative practice to achieve sustainable outcomes. Her work to date has received a CIPD Police Forum award, and she recently led the University of Exeter’s Race Equality Charter (REC) work, from inception to securing a Bronze Award in the February 2022 application round. In addition to her experience in higher education, Niema has worked in various operational, strategic and multi-agency roles across the public sector.
